On June 16, 2018, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Guelph Police were called to the area of Bristol Street and Surrey Street in regard to an unknown male masturbating.
The unknown male is described as white, 40-50 years old, approximately 5’5” to 5‘10” in height, approximately 190-210 pounds, heavy set, short dark hair, wearing a dark coloured button up shirt and his pants were down to his knees.
