On July 25, 2018 at approximately 8 p.m., Guelph Police were called to Speedvale Avenue East and Riverview Drive for a report of male masturbating. Police patrolled and canvassed the area and the walking trails in Riverside Park. The male was not located. He is described as: white with tanned skin, short dark brown hair, 20-35 years old wearing a burgundy hoodie and black shorts.
