On July 17, 2018 at approximately 12 p.m., Guelph Police were alerted to a male masturbating in a plaza on Silvercreek Parkway.
The male is described as white, approximately 48 years old, about 5’2” with a slightly heavy build, shoulder length brown hair, and he was wearing a blue t-shirt, blue leggings, grey runners and a green apron.
