On Oct. 13, 2018 at approximately 7:05 p.m., Guelph Police were called to a business on Woodlawn Road in regard to a male masturbating in the toy section.
Police attended to the store and located the male still in the toy section, and he was arrested.
Jonas Beattie, a 24-year-old Guelph male was charged with Indecent Act and breaching his Probation Order. Beattie appeared in court on Oct. 14, 2018.
