Emergency crews search Guelph Lake for a missing swimmer on Sunday. A body was recovered Monday.

(GUELPH/ERAMOSA, ON) - The body of the swimmer reported missing on July 17, 2022 at the Guelph Lake Conservation area, was recovered the following day, July 18, 2022 by the OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit.

The coroner attended the scene and a post mortem has been scheduled.

The deceased has been identified as Rayan KABER, 21-years-old of Mississauga. 

The Wellington County OPP would like to thank all of those who assisted with the search.
