On Aug. 2, 2018 at approximately 8:50 p.m., Guelph Police were called to Norm Jary Park for a report of an indecent act. It is alleged that a male was masturbating on the path near the tree line. Police searched the area and initiated a K9 track by the tree line and bushes, but the male was not located.
The male is described to be in his mid to late 50’s, balding with a medium build. He was wearing a white shirt and shorts with thin grey horizontal stripes.
