GuelphToday received the following letter from Bruno Picone from Calgary, Alberta, describing a kind gesture by a Guelphite.
I want to express again my gratitude to Josh from Guelph who was sitting in front of me at the Blue Jays' May 31 ball game.
I had come to the game from Calgary - my son bought me tickets as a birthday present.
I had hoped to get the Bo Bichette giveaway. I got to the park too late.
In my discussion with Josh (never got his last name) who told me he was from Guelph, I mentioned I was too late to get the Bo replica jersey. Josh told me that he goes to about 20 games a year (use to have season tickets when he lived in Toronto).
Near the end of the game, Josh pulled out his Bo Bichette replica jersey and bandana and gave them to me. He made my day. I wish I knew his last name so I could acknowledge him for his kindness.
