Thief made off with 19 skincare items valued at $1,300: police

Police are looking for a thief who made off with more than $1,300 worth of skincare products from a Stone Road West business on Tuesday.

A man entered the store at about 2:20 p.m. and concealed some skincare products inside his jacket, then  walked around the store before returning to the same area and taking more, police state in a news release. A total of 19 items were stolen.

The suspect is described as about 30 years old, 5’9” tall with a medium build and tanned or light brown skin and a black goatee. At the time, he was wearing a knee-length, puffy, green jacket with white lining and a hood, as well as a grey t-shirt, black jogging pants, black and white Nike shoes and a black and yellow trucker-style cap.
