Police are investigating after a reported break-in at a south end home that happened while the owners were away.
The incident was reported just after 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday and is believed to have happened during the late afternoon or early evening, police state in a news release.
The owners returned home and discovered a rear patio door had been smashed and the home ransacked. Nothing was reported stolen.
