A Guelph man and woman have been arrested after a couple was recorded apparently having sex earlier this month in a crowded public area.
On Tuesday, police were notified by an employee of a downtown business about an incident which occurred outside the business near Wyndham Street North and Quebec Street approximately 6:50 p.m. Sept. 3. Also Tuesday, a short video of the act was posted on X before being removed a short time later.
A Guelph police officer viewed a different video and was able to identify the involved parties. On Wednesday morning a 28-year-old man and 27-year-old woman, both from Guelph, were arrested for committing an indecent act.
