Guelph police are investigating the theft of $2,800 in perfume from a south end business Wednesday evening.
Police report at approximately 6:30 p.m. two males entered the business on Clair Road, with one male speaking to store employees, distracting them, while the second male filled a bag with 13 bottles of fragrances. The two males exited the business, making no attempts to pay for the items.
Video surveillance provided the following descriptions of the males. Male 1, 6'2”, 150lbs, thin build, late teen-20s, wearing a black hat, black glasses, a brown tracksuit, a sweater that says "essentials", a side bag - black strap beige/black. Male 2, 5'5” 120lbs, thin build, late teen-20s, having short dreadlocks, wearing a purple hat, black tracksuit, and a black side bag.
