A south end intersection will be closed for 10 days beginning early next month.
The intersection of Teal Drive and Milson Crescent, just off Downey Road, will be shut down to traffic beginning June 5 for the installation of new sewer and water pipes, followed by road resurfacing, explains a post on the city’s website.
The work is being done to support a nearby development project.
“The sidewalks in this area will remain open and accessible during the project,” the post states. “Every effort will be made to maintain access to driveways in the construction area during working hours (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.).
“Construction activities and equipment movement may temporarily impact access to private property.”
