A national day of action is being planned by pro-Palestinian protesters locally.
The Guelph pop-up event, organized by the Show Up Guelph group, will start at 11 a.m. outside Guelph City Hall.
According to a post on Instagram, participants will march to Guelph MP Lloyd Longfield's office.
It is serving as a prelude to a bigger protest happening in Toronto at 2 p.m.
Organizers with Show Up Guelph say after the march to Longfield's office, there will be "opportunities to arrange carpools to get you to Toronto's rally."
