On September 8, 2018, at approximately 1:10 p.m., Guelph Police received a call in the area of Scottsdale Drive near Janfield Avenue in regard to a male masturbating on the side of the road. The male is described as:
- White male
- Late 50-60s
- Gray hair
- Stocky
- Gray sweater, blue jeans
