Dublin Street United Church is hosting its annual Christmas dinner so people can celebrate with a meal together.
The event will be hosted on Christmas at the church at 68 Suffolk St. W. at 1 p.m. and the meal will be served at 1:30 pm. Registration is required and people have until before Dec. 11 to register. The meal is turkey served with all the fixings and is free.
The idea of the meal is so community members won’t have to eat a meal alone on the holiday. People who often come to the meal are Dublin church members, neighbours and people who may be alone or vulnerable this time of year.
Carols will be sung and there will be activities for children too.
