The Arboretum, University of Guelph is presenting a workshop on Ontario insects on Monday, June 25 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This workshop will introduce all the major groups of insects in Ontario.

The focus will be on how to recognize major groups or families, with special reference to common species that are likely to be encountered in both the backyard and in the field.

A great introductory course for educators, field researchers, and those who wish to simply become familiar with the mini-wildlife of Ontario. The workshop will be led by guest instructor, Andalyne Tofflemire.

The early bird registration fee is $75 plus H.S.T. and the deadline is June 17. Registration after June 17 is $85 plus H.S.T.
