The food court at Stone Road Mall will be closed for most of next year as it undergoes a major renovation starting in the new year.
Mall management notified businesses in the mall that renovations will begin Jan. 10 and won't be completed until November.
"When finished we will have a brighter and more modern look, an improved seating plan, and new and larger washrooms to present to the public," says the notice from mall general manager Kevin Knight.
"There will also be a new and improved layout for food court tenants."
The Tim Horton's and Dairy Queen outlets at the front of the food court will remain open.
