Guelph police are investigating a break and enter to a south end restaurant.
Approximately 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, the owner of a Kortright Road plaza called police after discovering a broken glass door on one of the units. Officers arrived and discovered the front door was unlocked. A hole had been smashed near the locking mechanism, allowing the suspect to reach in and unlock the door.
A cash register drawer containing a small amount of cash and an iPad were reported missing.
