Guelph police are investigating after three males broke into an east end home while the tenant and her young daughter were sleeping.
Approximately 1:30 a.m. Thursday, three males entered a basement apartment near Starwood Drive and Grange Road by kicking in a door. The tenant, who was awakened by the noise, screamed and the males fled.
The three were captured on security video. They were described as:
- Tanned male, black puffy coat with white logo on the left chest, black hoodie with hood up, light-coloured shirt under the hoodie, black pants, black shoes, black baseball cap with white logo on front, blue medical mask
- Male wearing grey hoodie with white logo on the chest, black pants, black shoes with white stripes, blue latex gloves and blue medical mask
- Male wearing grey hoodie with ‘Essentials’ on the back in black writing, black sweatpants with white bear logo on the left leg, black gloves, grey boots, black mask.
