Toronto Maple Leafs alumni will be in Guelph Friday as part of Leafs Nation Winter Week.
Partnering with Rogers, fans will have the opportunity to meet Leafs alumnus and the franchise’s first 50-goal scorer, Rick Vaive at a local Rogers store, skate outdoors at Market Square, meet additional members of the Leafs alumni, win prizes and enjoy interactive fun at the Rogers Fan Hub, says a press release.
Leafs alumni will be on-hand at the Sleeman Centre Friday night as the Gueph Storm play the Ottawa 67s.
Vaive will be at the Rogers store on Silvercreek Parkway at noon on Friday.
The Market Square event takes place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
