Saturday

Guelph Farmers’ Market

2 Gordon St.; 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Check out an abundance of fresh produce, baked goods, beverages, and products from local meat producers

Aberfoyle Farmers Market

Puslinch Optimist Recreation Centre, 23 Brock Rd. S., Aberfoyle; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Puslinch’s farmers’ market with locally grown and handmade products.

Eramosa River trail parkrun

Eramosa River Trail; 9 a.m.

Take part in a free timed 5K walk or run. It begins just east of the covered wooden bridge near The Boathouse. More info here.

Riverfest Elora

Bissell Park, 127 East Mill St.; 2 p.m.

Annual festival takes over Bissell Park, on the shore of the Grand River. There will be arts and crafts vendors, as well as food and fun for the whole family. Rock out to Metric, JJ Wilde and more on the music stages. More info here.

Backyard Theatre

McCrae House, 108 Water St.; 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

A solo version of the play RIDGE will be performed as part of the backyard theatre series. The performance examines misconceptions and varying perspectives around the battle of Vimy Ridge.

IBL baseball

David E. Hastings Stadium; 7:30 p.m.

Guelph Royals vs. Toronto Maple Leafs on the final weekend of the IBL regular season.

Poetry Slam LIVE

46 Essex St.; 8 p.m.

A monthly poetry slam returns to Silence.

Let the Bells Ring

St. George's Anglican Church, 99 Woolwich St.; 12:10 p.m.

Immediately following the church's Sunday service, carillonneur Deborah Hennig will perform a 40-minute recital using the bells on the Cutten Memorial Carillon. More info here.

Riverfest Elora
