Guelph Giants benefit game

Sleeman Centre; 12:30 p.m.

For the 11th year, the Guelph Giants hockey team will take on the Guelph Storm to support special needs hockey in Guelph. Free entry, but donations accepted at the door.

Music Weekends

Royal Electric Bar and Public Eatery, 52 Macdonell St.; 2 p.m.

The Kramdens perform as part of the 2023 Music Weekends series. The event is pay-what-you-can.

Medicinal Plant Walk

The Arboretum; 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Take a stroll through the Arboretum at the University of Guelph, look at trees and learn of their medicinal qualities. Clinical herbalist Zhyfhs Millicent will host the walk. RSVP here for more details, including exact meeting location.

Relay for Life 2023

University of Guelph; 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

The annual fundraiser for cancer research is back fully in-person. The goal is to raise $100,000 at the 12-hour overnight event which celebrates survivors, remembers those who lost the battle and continue to fight to make cancer history. Click here for more.
