The Victoria Road Recreation Centre pool will be closed until Monday afternoon due to a mechanical failure impacting the pool temperature.
The pool initially closed on 3 p.m. Tuesday and was scheduled to be re-opened by this afternoon.
However, the city posted a notice saying the pool would remain closed over the weekend while staff and service professionals continue to assess the issue and work to repair it.
The closure includes both the lap pool and leisure pool.
If swim lessons or aquatic programs are impacted, a credit will be added to your account.
In the meantime, the West End Community Centre pool remains open.
An update about the state of the pool will be shared by the city on Monday.
