The Downtown Guelph Business Association hosted the first Downtown Dog Promenade, a furry event for the community to see and enjoy what downtown Guelph has to offer.

The day was a 'pawsitvely' fantastic experience for dogs and their humans. We had top Vets Tony Yu and his team from the Vader Clinic speaking on dog health and wellness, a selfie station to capture that special picture, an agility course and also the many other vendors and vet clinics.

Many downtown businesses also participated with offerings for all who came out for the event.

On Oct. 18 Iside Dallan event coordinator, member of the downtown association and business owner of Apple salon presented Cameron Lynk Event and Fundraising Coordinator a cheque for $5,000 in support of the Guelph Humane Society.
