Freezing rain warning issued for:
- Guelph - Erin - Southern Wellington County
- Kitchener - Cambridge - Region of Waterloo
Current details:
Freezing rain is expected or occurring. A band of freezing rain will move across areas extending from Waterloo Region to the Greater Toronto Area then into Eastern Ontario over the next two to four hours this evening.
Untreated surfaces may be icy and slippery.
There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic in urban areas.
Slow down driving in slippery conditions. Watch for taillights ahead and maintain a safe following distance.
