A Guelph woman who was allegedly part of a theft ring targeting businesses across the city last summer has been arrested.
In September, Guelph police began an investigation into a series of thefts and robberies which occurred between May and August. Eight individuals were eventually identified as working together during these incidents.
On Tuesday, a 32-year-old Guelph woman was arrested for two counts of theft under $5,000. She was held for a bail hearing Wednesday.
The investigation is ongoing. A 28-year-old Guelph man was previously arrested while six others remain outstanding with warrants for their arrest.
