The following news releases were issued today by the Guelph Police Service:
Theft from cars
On Sept. 11, 2019, the Guelph Police received three reports of theft from cars. The locations were Chadwick Avenue, Elderberry Court, and Pacific Place. This crime is easily avoidable. Please lock your cars and do not leave belongings visible. If you do become a victim of this crime you can report it through the Guelph Police online reporting portal.
Speed enforcement
On Sept. 11, 2019 the Guelph Police Traffic unit conducted speed enforcement in school zones in the Willow Road and Colonial Drive areas. Two tickets and three warnings were issued.
Calls for Service
Over the past 24 hours the Guelph Police Service dealt with 239 calls for service.
