Guelph police are investigating after $2,500 worth of steel tubing was stolen from a north end business.

On Wednesday police attended a business near Imperial Road North and Curtis Drive. Staff explained they discovered the tubing missing when a customer arrived on Tuesday to pick it up. Surveillance video showed two males attending the business just after midnight October 17. After prying up a fence, one of the males entered the yard and passed 22 pieces of steel tubing under the fence to the second male, who placed it in their van.

Both males were wearing dark hoodies, dark pants and grey shoes, and one had a hat with a logo on the front. They were driving a white GMC cargo van.
