A Guelph man has been charged with impaired driving following a single-vehicle collision near Acton Sunday.
Halton Police responded to the crash around 5:50 a.m. Feb. 9 in the area of Dublin Line and Hwy. 7 in Halton Hills.
Police say as a result of its investigation, a 52-year-old man from Guelph was charged with operation while impaired.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
