As police continue to investigate the sexual assault by a stranger on a bus, they’re urging other potential victims to come forward.

A 74-year-old Guelph man was charged in late October after a woman reported being inappropriately touched by a man not known to her.

“Investigators believe the same male was involved in two other separate incidents during 2022 and 2023 in which girls aged 12 and 13 reported an older male touching them or speaking inappropriately while riding buses,” states a police news release. “The male was described as possibly Indian with a long white beard and turban.”

Anyone with more information or who had a similar experience with the male is asked to call Const. Keith Kolodziejczak at 519-824-1212, ext. 7452 or email [email protected]. Details can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online at www.csgw.tips.
