On Nov. 21, 2019, just before midnight, a vehicle stopped at a red light at the intersection of Woodlawn Road West and Hanlon Parkway in the City of Guelph was rear-ended. The other vehicle quickly reversed and sped off.
The vehicle is described as a maroon/red coloured SUV with partial license plate “CASW” and deployed airbags. The driver is described as a Caucasian male in his 30s with salt and pepper hair.
