On Sept. 12, 2019 at 2:30 a.m., Guelph police located a vehicle in a parking lot on Silvercreek Parkway South. The driver of the vehicle was asleep behind the steering wheel and was determined to be impaired by alcohol.
The 43-year-old Michigan man has been charged with operation while impaired. He was held for a bail hearing.
