On Sept. 11, 2019, at 12:50 p.m., Guelph Police went to Howitt Street to investigate a property damage complaint. A man had parked his car on Howitt Street when a female approached with a rock and began smashing the car. The female caused approximately $2,000 in damage. Police located the woman who was arrested after a brief struggle.
The 60-year-old Guelph woman has been charged with mischief under $5,000 and resist arrest. She will appear in court on October 18, 2019.
