ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE

On December 9, 2024, at approximately 10:30 a.m. an officer from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Wellington County Detachment initiated a traffic stop on Wellington Road 124, Guelph-Eramosa.
As a result of the investigation, a 29-year-old from Guelph, was charged with:
- Operation While Impaired - alcohol and drugs contrary to the Criminal Code
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime over $5,000 contrary to the Criminal Code
- Driving while under suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice - Guelph, on December 24, 2024.
