$100,000 in cigarettes stolen from east end business

Thieves netted about $100,000 worth of cigarettes during an east end business break-in on Sunday morning.

An alarm company called police to the area of Victoria Road North and Grange Street at about 1:20 a.m.

Police learned the thieves used tools to pry open a door and an interior metal grate. The cigarettes were loaded into the back of a vehicle.
