Friday

Sacred Heart Parish Bazaar

Sacred Heart Catholic School (125 Huron St.); 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

This free-admission event features free rides for children, carnival games, inflatable bouncers, glitter tattoos, beer garden, baked goods and more.

The Ward One-Acts Play Festival

Guelph Little Theatre (176 Morrist St.); 8 p.m. start

Watch three plays performed on a stage surrounded by audience members. Admission costs $10 each. Click here for more information.

Saturday

Guelph Farmers’ Market

2 Gordon St.; 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Check out an abundance of fresh produce, baked goods, beverages, and products from local meat producers.

Eramosa River Trail parkrun and parkwalk

Eramosa River Trail at 85 York Rd.; 9 a.m. to noon

A free weekly timed 5k run, jog, and walk kicks off just east of the covered bridge near The Boathouse. Newcomers are encouraged to join at 8:45 a.m.

The GOOD Games

University of Guelph, various locations; 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Throughout the weekend, athletes of all skill levels will participate in 12 sports, including beach volleyball, pickleball, rugby, cornhole, three-on-three basketball and more. There will also be food and activities, such as inflatables, sack races, and more. Attendance and parking are free. For more information, including the full schedule of events, click here.

Park Activation

Exhibition Park; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

City recreation staff will host various outdoor activities. No registration of payment required.

Guelph United doubleheader

Centennial Bowl (375 College Ave W.); 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

The men’s and women’s sides will both be in League1 Premier League action at home. The back-to-back begins at 2 p.m. when the women take on FC London Women. The men will then take to the pitch against Sigma FC Men at 5:30 p.m.

Concerts in the Park

Royal City Park gazebo; 7 p.m.

The Guelph Concert Band will play a free concert.
