Eramosa River Trail parkrun and parkwalk
Eramosa River Trail at 85 York Rd.; 9 a.m. to noon
A free weekly timed 5k run, jog, and walk kicks off just east of the covered bridge near The Boathouse. Newcomers are encouraged to join at 8:45 a.m.
The GOOD Games
University of Guelph, various locations; 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Throughout the weekend, athletes of all skill levels will participate in 12 sports, including beach volleyball, pickleball, rugby, cornhole, three-on-three basketball and more. Guelph United doubleheader
Centennial Bowl (375 College Ave W.); 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
The men’s and women’s sides will both be in League1 Premier League action at home. The back-to-back begins at 2 p.m. when the women take on FC London Women. The men will then take to the pitch against Sigma FC Men at 5:30 p.m.
