Granite Homes, known for its top-quality construction and timeless architecture, is pleased to announce the official grand opening of their new head office and state-of-the-art Design Studio in downtown Guelph.

Providing our staff with a unique working environment that fosters strong relationships and open communication was paramount in the design of the space.”
Located in an old CN Rail building, Granite Homes undertook an adaptive reuse project that cleverly transformed the building into a unique loft-style office space and 2,700 sq.ft. Design Studio.
To assist with the strategic planning of the Design Studio, Granite Homes engaged a leading interior design firm, recognized as a 19-time winner for best Design Centre in North America.
“Personalizing your home is one of the most exciting parts of the homebuying experience,” explains Bellamy. “It was important to us that we create a seamless and enjoyable design process for our homebuyers. Our new Design Studio offers just that, with a high-end retail experience that is expertly facilitated by our interior designers.”
Granite Homes created the Design Studio, which includes three full kitchens and two luxurious bathroom vignettes, to allow a convenient and easy design experience.
With virtually all of the premium included features and personalization options under one roof, homebuyers can make confident and informed decisions when designing their Granite Home.
The Design Studio is open to prospective homebuyers for tours every Tuesday at 5 p.m. and Saturday at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
