Here are the top items borrowed from Wellington County libraries in 2024

WELLINGTON COUNTY — Even the Wellington County libraries couldn't escape Barbenheimer in 2024. 

According to a list of the 10 most borrowed adult fiction, adult non-fiction, children’s fiction, DVDs and other items provided by the Wellington County Library, adult patrons enjoyed several biographies and Kristin Hannah this year while children's authors Jeff Kinney and Dav Pilkey continued to dominate their genres. 

An overview of the library's circulation trends over the past five years said there's been a "large increase" in book circulation while audio/visual circulation continues to decline.
