I donated blood on April 3 at Silvercreek and this was not my experience - the only nurses not wearing masks were the ones not in close contact with donors (behind a desk) - all the nurses who took my hemoglobin and drew blood wore masks and gloves and were very professional. The person at the snack station left snacks on a tray for us to pick up ourselves while they moved two meters away. There was hand sanitizer at the front and I was encouraged to sanitize before I came in and once again inside.

I felt very safe during my visit and would recommend donating blood to others as well as a safe and helpful thing to do.
