Guelph police say thousands of dollars in tools were stolen from an east end business.

On Sunday morning police were called to a business near York Road and Watson Road South. A hole had been cut in a fence to gain access to the yard, then a lock on a storage container was cut off.

Tools valued at between $3,000 and $5,000 were stolen.
