A 24-year-old Guelph woman is charged with failing to comply with an undertaking after posting a video on social media Saturday night.
According to police, earlier this month a female was ordered to stay away from a particular male following a disturbance at a party.
At about 11:30 p.m. Saturday, the female was a passenger in a vehicle that passed by a Victoria Road South business with the male inside. She made a “rude gesture” toward him, which his friend saw.
The female recorded the interaction and posted it to social media. In the video, police say, she can be heard instructing the driver to go past the male.
A Guelph woman was arrested at her home Monday morning and charged with failing to comply with an undertaking.
