Male caught attempting to steal wallet
On the evening of January 23rd, a man in a Stone Road Mall store was trying on some clothes when he noticed a man nearby his jacket he had set down.
He went back to his jacket and found his wallet missing from inside and immediately confronted the male.
He was able to get his wallet back from the male. Mall security and police were called.
Tongmeng Ching, of Guelph, was arrested, charged with theft and released to appear before the court on March 7, 2017.
