Guelph police are investigating after an indecent act was reported Sunday afternoon outside an east end school.
Just after 2:30 p.m. police report a Guelph woman reported she was walking with her two young daughters when she observed a male at the back of a school near Watson Parkway North and Couling Crescent. She reported the male had his shorts down and was masturbating.
Officers arrived within minutes and checked the area but were not able to locate the male. He was described as white, in his 20s, average height and build and wearing red shorts, a grey t-shirt and a green hat. He had a basketball with him.
