A Guelph man has been arrested for obstructing justice after confronting a witness in a case against him, Guelph police report.
In August, 2023, the subject was arrested on assault charges. Earlier this year, he attended a downtown business where a witness was working and repeatedly made offensive comments. He also approached the other man’s manager, claiming the victim had been rude to him and demanding he be fired.
On Thursday a 34-year-old Guelph man turned himself in to police and was charged with obstructing justice. He will appear in court Dec. 24.
