TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON - On Thursday March 29, 2018 at approximately 3 a.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a suspicious persons call on St. Andrew Street East, Fergus.
It was reported that a male was acting suspiciously in the area. OPP attended and found the suspect attempting conceal himself near a residence on St. Patrick Street East.
Twenty-one-year-old Eric Jeffery Gooderham of Fergus was arrest and charged with trespass by night and is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 24, 2018.
