A Brampton man has been arrested after a Guelph electronics business was broken into twice and close to $20,000 in product was stolen.

On Dec. 10, two males broke into a business inside Stone Road Mall shortly after it had closed. They used a crowbar to pry open locked cabinets and stole more than $17,000 worth of phones and tablets.

On Jan. 5, the same males broke into the business again and stole approximately $2,000 worth of items.

During an investigation by York Regional Police three males were arrested for similar incidents throughout Ontario. A 34-year-old faces two counts of break and enter related to the Guelph incidents.
