Guelph Farmers’ Market

2 Gordon St.; 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Check out an abundance of fresh produce, baked goods, beverages, and products from local meat producers

Eramosa River Trail parkrun and parkwalk

Eramosa River Trail at 85 York Rd.; 9 a.m. to noon

A free weekly timed 5k run, jog, and walk kicks off just east of the covered bridge near The Boathouse. Newcomers are encouraged to join at 8:45 a.m.

Parkinson Canada SuperWalk

Riverside Park; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

An annual fundraising walk to raise funds for Canadians living with Parkinson’s. Take part in either the 1.5 km or 3 km walk. More info and registration here.

Aberfoyle Fall Fair

Puslinch Community Centre, 23 Brock Rd. S., Aberfoyle; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Activities and events for all ages including tractor pull, bouncy castles, motocross show and live music.

Try Wrestling event

Tri-City Training, 175 Dawson Rd.; 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Community members are invited to try out amateur wrestling. Open to kids and adults, with two one-hour sessions being held. Registration is required and space is limited. More info here.

Wellington Brewery Pin Party

Wellington Brewery, 950 Woodlawn Rd. W.; 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Wellington Brewery is celebrating its 39th birthday with a jam packed weekend of events. Saturday will feature a Beer Olympics, a family-friendly rocket building workshop, music, a BBQ pig roast and more.

Fergus Steampunk Festival

Downtown Fergus - St. Andrew Street West, Fergus; 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Fergus Steampunk Festival will appeal to people interested in the unique science fiction sub-genre of steampunk, those who enjoy costumes and theatre, educational demonstrations as well as circus performers and buskers.

Muslim Society of Guelph Annual Community BBQ
