CITY OF GUELPH - Sometime over the weekend between the dates of Friday, Mar. 17 and Monday, Mar. 20, 2017, a break and enter occurred at a business located on Johnston Street in Guelph. Stolen was copper wiring that was removed from transformers located on the property.
