To celebrate the holidays the Guelph Skating Club is hosting its Holiday Skate.
This coming Monday, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Exhibition Park Arena people are welcome to skate for free with a donation to the food bank.
A special guest from the North Pole will also join. The event is a chance to spend time with friends and family before the holidays begin with skating, refreshments and holiday music.
All skaters must wear a helmet while on the ice.
