Guelph Food Bank is popping up with garage sale Saturday

The sale is Sept. 14 at 100 Crimea St. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Guelph Food Bank’s Pop-Up Garage Sale is happening this weekend.

On Sept. 14 at 100 Crimea St. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be 10 tents with household items and clothing for sale. The pop-up will go on rain or shine.

Between 2 and 4 p.m. people can fill a box of remaining items for $10.

Along with the garage sale the food bank’s The Store will be open to buy new fall and winter clothing for $10 and under. Gently used clothing will be $1 per item.

There will be an in-person auction and an online auction. Proceeds from the garage sale, The Store and the auctions going back to the food bank’s food programs to purchase staples like milk, eggs, potatoes, carrots, onions and apples.
